Vision

NCMC Library envisions in becoming a leading College Learning Resource Center in all types of information sources in different fields. It aims for a reliable, easy retrieval, rapid access, transfer of relevant information towards the users. Moreover, it will establish global linkages with other academic libraries in order to transform the learners to become globally competitive.

Mission

The NCMC Library strives to support the curricular programs of the college and to enhance the teaching-learning process for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and other researchers. The library molds the diverse learners by educating with an accompaniment of technology based instruction and research.

Goals & Objectives

In line with its mission and vision, the NCMC Library shall attain the following goals and objectives;

• To provide accurate and relevant information sources necessary to support the curriculum of the institution.
• To monitor and establish the library collections for effective library service delivery.
• To orient students in different sections, collections, functions, and services available in the library.
• To encourage students, faculty, staff, alumni, and other researchers to continue their love for information by implementing programs that can help them grow.

Philosophy

The North Central Mindanao College Library believes in providing relevant and current information through these sources clothed with the four-fold function carried out through research, extension, production and instruction.
