✨ Enrollment Process for New Students ✨

👉 Online Enrollment:

1. Pre-register at www.ncmcmaranding.com

Head over to our website and fill in all the necessary information. Ensure that you provide accurate details during registration. Your username, password, and application number will be essential for future steps.

1. Submit Scanned Records via Email

 Scan your required documents and send them to our records section. Send your scanned documents at [email protected]. Reach out to them at  09753315015 for confirmation that your documents have been received successfully.

1. Pay Registration Fee

 A  registration fee of 100 pesos is required. You can conveniently pay via ML Kwarta Padala or through Landbank's Linkbiz service.

Select "North Central Mindanao College" as the e-payment merchant.

4. Log in to NCMC Portal

 Access the NCMC portal using your provided username and password. Click on the "Enroll" option and wait for your enrollment approval reviewed by the Dean, Update your student account from time to time.

👉 Walk-in Enrollment:

1. Pre-Register Online

Head to www.ncmcmaranding.com and complete the pre-registration form. Make sure to provide all required information accurately. Don't forget to write down your username, password, and your 4-digit application number.

1. Submit Credentials

With your 4-digit application number, prepare your necessary documents, and submit them at the records section. No transaction will be made without your 4-digit application number. The Registrar will convert the application number after the submission of credentials. Request your 6-digit Student number and proceed to the next step.

3. Pay Registration Fee

With your 6-digit Student number, visit the cashier's office and pay the registration fee of 100 pesos. Once the payment is complete, you're one step closer to joining our academic community!

4. Visit the College Dean's Office

 With your official receipt from the cashier, present it to the Dean to proceed with your enrollment, subject selection, and schedule confirmation.

5. Await Certificate of Registration

Once your enrollment is approved, you'll receive your Certificate of Registration.
