In response to the question "A queen is known as someone who inherits the throne, leads her people and, is committed to serving her kingdom. As a woman, how does one become a queen of influence?", that resonated with the audience, she eloquently stated,
"Becoming a queen does not require to inherit a throne or to lead a kingdom. To become a queen of influence, as a woman, one should cultivate self-awareness, embrace leading opportunities, serve others with respect regardless of their diversities, embrace different cultures, and be resilient towards every adversity that challenges. Indeed, to become a queen of influence does not require any perfect physical appearance, or even in age. Because I, for myself, believe that I might be young by age but truly I am a queen of influence by action and by my heart. That would be all thank you!"

 

Ms. Durato's winning answer encapsulates the essence of a queen of influence – someone who understands the power of self-awareness, embraces leadership, serves with respect, celebrates diversity, and stands resilient in the face of challenges.
